TactikosHub Privacy Policy
Ataphro Dev
Last updated: August 18, 2026
TactikosHub is an app for youth soccer coaches. It is used to manage a team's squad, training sessions, attendance and matches.
TactikosHub has no servers, no accounts and no sign-up. Everything you enter is stored only on your own device. Ataphro Dev does not receive, store or have any way of accessing any of that data.
1. Who is responsible
The app is developed and distributed by Ataphro Dev, an individual developer based in Spain. Contact: ataphrodev@gmail.com.
However, regarding the data entered into the app, it is important to be precise, because it has real consequences:
- The person who uses the app is the controller of that data. Players' names, dates of birth or attendance are entered by the coach, stored on their phone and never leave it. It is the coach —or the club they work for— who decides what to record, what to use it for and who to show it to.
- Ataphro Dev is not a data processor for that data, because it never receives it at any point and has no technical way of accessing it.
If you use TactikosHub on behalf of a club, check with the club what information you may record and what consents you need from families.
2. What the app stores, and where
Everything below is stored in a local database, inside the app's private storage on your device:
| What | Examples |
|---|---|
| Player data | First and last name, jersey number, position, dominant foot and date of birth |
| Team activity | Training sessions, attendance, matches, game-day rosters, lineups, goals, cards and minutes played |
| Team and club data | Team and club name, age group, season, field and, if you upload it, the club crest |
| Preferences | App settings and training reminders |
What the app never asks for
- It does not ask for photos of players, and there is no way to add them. This is a design decision made precisely because the players are minors.
- It does not ask for phone numbers, emails or contacts of players or families, and it does not access the device's address book.
- It does not ask for location and does not access GPS.
- It does not ask for access to the photo gallery. For the club crest, the system file picker is used, which hands over only the file you choose.
- There are no accounts, passwords or sign-up emails.
3. What connections the app makes
TactikosHub works offline. Even so, it is important to be precise about the little that does leave the device:
a) Update check
The app periodically asks the Expo servers
(u.expo.dev) whether a new version exists. That request sends technical information
—the operating system, the app version and a project identifier— and, as with any internet
connection, the server sees the IP address it is connecting from.
No data about your team, your players or your matches travels in that request. Expo acts here as a software distribution provider. Its privacy policy is at expo.dev/privacy.
b) What you decide to share
Some features prepare content for you to send, and it leaves the device only if you use them:
- The game-day roster message, which opens in WhatsApp or in the app you choose and contains the names of the players selected.
- PDF reports for the team and for each player, which contain the names of minors.
- The backup, a file with all your data.
In all three cases you choose the destination, and from that moment the content is governed by the terms of the app or service you send it to. Keep in mind that these documents contain data about minors.
c) What there isn't
- There is no advertising of any kind.
- There is no analytics, no usage statistics and no behavior tracking.
- There are no advertising identifiers or profiling.
- There are no automatic error reports.
- No data is sold or shared with anyone, among other reasons because we do not have any.
4. Training reminders
If you turn on reminders, the notifications are scheduled and shown by your own device. They are not push notifications: no server sends them and no delivery identifier is generated.
5. Backups
The app lets you generate a backup file with all your data, and restore it later. You save that file wherever you decide —the phone, a drive, a cloud service—. Ataphro Dev does not take part, does not receive a copy and cannot recover it if you lose it.
We recommend keeping the backup in a protected place: it contains data about minors.
6. How long data is kept and how it is deleted
Data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed, and you decide when to delete it.
- You can delete players, sessions and matches from within the app.
- When you uninstall the app, the operating system deletes its entire database. No copy remains anywhere, except for the backups you have saved yourself.
7. Minors
TactikosHub is aimed at coaches and technical staff, that is, adults. It is not designed or directed at children, and it does not collect data directly from them.
It may contain information about minors, entered by the coach. That is why the app is built to reduce that risk to a minimum: no photos, no contact details, no servers and nothing leaving the device unless its user shares it.
8. Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation recognizes the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability.
Regarding the data you enter into the app, you exercise those rights yourself: it is on your device, and you can view, correct, export and delete it at any time without asking anyone's permission. Ataphro Dev cannot handle a request about it simply because it does not have it.
If a player or their family wants to exercise their rights, they should contact the coach or club that recorded that information.
9. Payments
The app is free. Advanced features are unlocked with a code, with no in-app payment and without collecting banking details. If purchases are enabled in the future, they will be handled by Google Play and this policy will be updated beforehand.
10. Changes to this policy
If the app changes what it does with data, this page will be updated and the date in the header will change. Previous versions are recorded in the public history of the repository where it is published.
